This Privacy Policy applies to your use of www.fairlymade.com, supplier.fairlymade.com and app.fairlymade.com (the "Sites"), as well as to any personal data you provide to Fairly Made by any other means.

You acknowledge and agree that the personal data we collect may be used in accordance with this Policy and for the purposes described below by Fairly Made.

Article 1: Sources and categories of personal data processed

We collect your personal data when (i) you browse the Sites, (ii) as part of commercial or marketing campaigns, when you fill in forms, register for one of our events or webinars, or subscribe to our newsletters, (iii) as well as when you create an account.

The personal data we collect and use is mainly communicated by you when you fill in contact forms, registration forms or survey questionnaires, during events and webinars, and during telephone or e-mail exchanges.

This may include your first and last name, the company you work for and your position, your contact details (email address, number), your participation and your feedback.

When you visit the Sites, certain automated technologies such as cookies and other tracers or server logs enable us to collect the data that is generated.

This may include IP addresses and geographical location (country, region, city), data stream information, HTTP requests, URL information (full address, path and request parameters), as well as user agent information (type of device used, software or browser used to access the web, operating system running on the device).

Article 2: Legal basis

Most personal data processed by Fairly Made is done so on the basis of your specific consent that we collect. You may withdraw your specific consent at any time by contacting us at dpo@fairlymade.com.

This is the case, for example, for data processed for the following purposes: use of the Sites; registration for forms, events and webinars; publication of your testimonials.

Concerning processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR, this includes, for example, prospecting from public sources in order to develop our business (unless consent is required by applicable laws), preventing fraud or any misuse of our Sites, or ensuring compliance with our security policies and any other legal or contractual obligations.

Finally, your personal data may also be processed on the basis of your contract with Fairly Made, whether you are a brand or a supplier, in accordance with the dedicated appendix "Privacy and personal data management policy”.

Article 3: Exercise of rights

You have the following rights: access to your personal data, rectification of personal data, deletion of personal data, restriction of processing of personal data, portability of personal data, objection to processing of personal data.

In order to ensure that you are the source of this request, we would be grateful if you could provide our first and last name, your contact details and any other information that would enable us to reasonably verify your identity.

Article 5: Retention periods

We store personal data strictly for the periods necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, in our contracts or in accordance with the law and the recommendations of the CNIL. These retention periods vary according to their purpose and are reviewed regularly.

Article 6: Security

We collect and store personal data in accordance with industry standards and practices, implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures for data processing. 

For example, we use SOC2 and ISO27001-certified Cloud infrastructures to guarantee data security. Similarly, we have implemented SIEM and EDR systems to monitor and manage security incidents, and regularly conduct internal and external security audits to ensure compliance and the effectiveness of the safeguards in place.

Access to personal data is further secured by unique login details for each user, passwords and user-specific permissions.

Article 7: Claims and complaints

Fairly Made is committed to working with you to achieve an amicable resolution to any disputes or concerns you may have regarding the protection of your personal data. However, if you are not satisfied with Fairly Made's response, you may forward your complaint to the CNIL or any other competent supervisory authority.
